Legal
Terms of Use
These terms explain the essential rules that apply when you access Audiartist Music Submission and use its music discovery services.
Last updated: August 23, 20261. Purpose of this website
This website is a transition page directing visitors from the former Audiartist submission manager to the current platform. The former manager no longer accepts submissions.
2. Free submission service
Music submission is free. Audiartist does not sell playlist placement. Donations or voluntary support do not influence review, acceptance, position or length of placement.
3. No guarantee of placement
Submitting a track creates no right to a response, acceptance, playlist placement, a particular position or a minimum placement period. Curators retain full editorial control and may decline or remove a track at their discretion.
4. Your music and your rights
You may submit only music and information you are legally entitled to share. You remain responsible for copyright, neighbouring rights, trademarks, artwork, metadata and any third-party permissions connected with your submission.
5. AI-generated music
Each curator defines whether music created entirely or partially with generative AI is accepted for their playlists. Artists must check and respect the policy shown for the selected curator or playlist.
6. Fair use of the platform
You must use valid links, provide accurate information and respect the submission limits displayed on the current platform. Duplicate, automated, misleading, abusive or excessively repeated submissions may be blocked.
7. External services
The service may link to Spotify, other streaming services and third-party websites. Audiartist does not control their availability, policies, content or technical operation.
8. Spotify trademark and independence
Spotify is a registered trademark of Spotify AB. Audiartist is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spotify. References and links to Spotify identify the third-party streaming service used for eligible track and playlist links.
9. Availability and changes
Audiartist may change, suspend or discontinue features, playlists or access to the service. These terms may also be updated when the platform or applicable requirements change.
10. Contact
For a question, correction request or platform issue, use the contact options available on the new website.
